INDEXABLE MILLING

These tools uses indexable-insert mechanisms that uses clamps and cutting edges, which functions through slicing objects instead of scraping them, until the edges used to cut them become dull, in which it is discarded and exchanged for a new one. The inserts used are manufactured in different shapes, such as squares, circles, and diamonds.

Our drills are very diverse; we make every effort to make sure that there is one for every customer. We are confident in the capabilities of our holemaking tools, as they can position and center even for the deepest holes while minimizing the risk of chipping, and ensuring hole straightness.

MODULAR DRILL

With a long, durable steel body, modular drills allow high-speed drilling for steel, stainless, and cast-iron materials, with a very universal geometry to back it up. Its drill heads are quite easily replaceable, making them quite cost-efficient in use.

INDEXABLE DRILL

Although less-accurate than solid-carbide, the appeal of this type of drill lies in its lower chip friction, as well as being available in bigger diameter when compared to its friends. Indexable drills are useful for blind holes requiring a flat bottom, as well as holes needing to be large in size.
